Model and Lighting Workshop

I recently took a model and lighting workshop at a local photographer’s studio, ‘Hold the Eye Images.’ There were 10 photographers in total and the owner, William Henderson, allowed us to each have our own time manipulating the lights and directing the model. The four hour session was intense and forced me out of my comfort zone (lingerie and nude photography haven’t been on my to-do list), but it was one of my favorite photography experiences to date. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the session:

Some of these images contain nudity.
Although strategically edited, they are most likely not safe for work.

New York City | Location Photographer

Some family friends took us around New York City for the day. It was quite possible the most humid day of our trip, but we managed to see quite a bit. Here are just a few pictures from that day.

The 9/11 Memorial Pools.  Truly indescribable.

The World Trade Center Memorial Tower is almost complete.

Heading back to Staten Island, via the Staten Island Ferry.
